A rare bead, this Rudraksha is characterised by nine faces and nine lips. The shape of the bead is flatter than eight-mukhi, tending towards an oval.
Nine-mukhi Rudraksha is the form of the Goddess Durga (Shakti). The siddhi of this Rudraksha instils a feeling of fearlessness and bravery in the wearer. It is also said to remove the fear of death. Though all Rudrakshas are the symbol of Lord Shiv, but the nine-faced Rudraksha is blessed with the powers of all the nine forms of Shakti. It increases self-confidence. The blessings of the Mother Goddess are bestowed on the wearer and the wearer attains both devotion and salvation. The worshippers of the supreme power Shakti must wear this Rudraksha. When invoked, the Mother Goddess blesses the wearer with energy, powers, dynamism, will-power and patience, which are useful to live a life of success. Its ruling planet is Ketu (Dragon’s tail).
There are some articles in the world that give prosperity and some others provide salvation. Both these characteristics are contradictory. It is useful in lung diseases, fever, eye pain, bowel pain, skin disease, body pain and uterine problems. The mantra associated with this Rudraksha is Om Hreem Hum Namah.
