Before manifesting Creation into the physical dimension, i.e. from the avyakt to the vyakt, Divinity needed to perfect the ‘self-destructive mechanism’ to ensure that the Creation remained forever in motion, because the law of the opposites has to be in play for anything to be given a body, or in other words, created.
What’s created has to be destroyed and what’s destroyed has to be created again. What we see as destruction is actually not destruction, but energy changing form. Modern science calls it energy; the vedic seer called it prana. Both agree, it cannot be created or destroyed, it only changes form and the process of changing form is the embedded nature of Creation. That is, Creation cannot stay fixed at one point, it either goes up (evolves) or comes down (devolves).
So then…why yog? Simply because the inherent mechanism of Patanjali Ashtang Yoga is ‘yoga chitta vritti nirodha’, that is, blockage of the fivefold distractions of the mind which lead to the increase in asmita (ego) giving the feeling of “I the all-powerful”, which leads to avidya (wrong perception of reality) and eventually, destruction of the soul.
Destruction of the soul is an important concept, it implies going from one point to another – below it… devolution into lower dimensions and finally hell. The body and the physical assets are as it is bound to destruct, as they are an inherent part of the vyakt, or the inherent destructive mechanism of the Creation. They are meant to go and they will, this is a Law, whether you believe it or not. All that you see will change form – either evolve or devolve, heaven or hell, pain or happiness….Creation is in opposites, this polarity is the eternal truth. I know of no one who has been able to carry back anything after leaving his/her body, no matter how rich or powerful. Do you know of anyone?
Thus having established the law, let us discuss the mechanism or code which governs this law.
We know that nothing is permanent in the manifested world, all things get destructed (change form), the soul leaves and gets another body, which also gets destructed and the process goes on…unendingly. This is extremely complicated for an egoist to comprehend, as the ego gives a false impression of “I the all-powerful”; for the initiated, it is very simple. Take a look at any major religion of the world – Christianity talks of reaping what you sow, Islam preaches the concept of Reham coming from Allah who is Rahim and Karim for self-betterment, Sikhism prescribes Daswant and the Vedic seer gives the Law of Karma. All agree in principle, yet very few follow it, across religions.
The uninitiated can understand this through the Pain-wave Theory by a modern scientist, Dr. M. M. Bajaj, who statistically proved that in places where pain is generated in humans or animals, poverty and calamities strike, and people are full of ailments and unhappy. That is why religions have this as a common denominator.
When you give pain, there is a mechanism in Creation which ensures you get pain. Similarly, if you destruct another body, a mechanism sets into play ensuring your personal painful destruction.
Perhaps that’s the reason why the founders of all the major religions did nothing for themselves and till their last breath performed service and charity, spreading happiness in the world and reducing its pain. Today, if you meditate on them, you see them in higher dimensions as lights or with glow around them. If you don’t, then do the practice of Sanatan Kriya, it will open your energy channels and you will see.
Recently all the 12 districts of Kerala were declared drought-hit. Also the incidence of cancer in the state is reported to have shot up by 500% in just the last two decades. The way dogs and certain other animals have been brutally killed since the last few years, phenomenal pain has been generated, and so the destruction expected is also phenomenal. God’s own Country today gives the feel of the Devil’s backyard with mutilated bodies of animals, especially dogs, heaped and shamelessly displayed. The mechanism of destruction has set into motion…Believe if you believe in any religion, don’t believe and wait a while, I assure, you will believe. The Law of Karma is a Law, not theory, proved over centuries, again and again.
